We have been in the building business since 2001, previously known as Monoceros Construction cc and now newly registered Rensmart (PTY) Ltd. Our company has developed a reputation for producing top quality workmanship and trustworthy services.

We perform residential maintenance projects on private homes as well as Body Corporates. Commercial maintenance projects include complete interior and exterior building maintenance. With over 20 years’ experience, Sakkie and the team at Rensmart understand all aspects of the construction process and through a close affiliation with architects, engineers, surveyors, planning authorities, estate agents and interior designers, are able to offer a one-stop property building solution.
